First birthday sessions are amongst my favorite to shoot!

I just love seeing babies’ personalities starting to shine and capturing such an important milestone in their lives! Miss Emmy was no exception — we had lots of fun celebrating her b-day! Can you believe she took her very first steps that same day!? She didn’t show off her newfound skills for the camera, but you best believe she flaunted her gorgeous smile and big, beautiful eyes!

This chick was a breeze to photograph, so we got to do several different set-ups! We started off with her in the cutest little baby bee outfit. She was all smiles towards the beginning of her session! I think she was ready to celebrate. ;) Personally, my favorite part was her fruit bath pictures. It was just soooo sweet to watch her splashing in the water and tasting the strawberries and oranges! Plus that pink bow really made those stunning blue eyes pop.

Every birthday session is special, just like the little babes themselves.
